Answer – No wooden, vinyl, or composite accent or complete fences are permitted in Pebble Creek North. Only four-foot-high black wrought aluminum and iron is approved for use in the back yards of homes. Most fencing companies have this type of fence available.
Question - What vendor for a fence should I call?
Answer- We do not recommend any preference of vendors but there are at least 3 vendors who have installed fences in PCN. They are:
Pfitz's Fence & Deck (resident of PCN) 563-579-4334
Creative Decks & Fence 563-355-4137
Scott County Fence 563-285-4966
Question – Can I park my RV in my driveway or in my yard?
Answer - No boat, or other watercraft, campers, motor homes or other recreational vehicles, trailers, tractors, riding lawnmower, semis, construction vehicles or equipment vans or vehicles (including but not limited to plumbing, carpentry, roofing, electrical, landscaping and concrete), or oversized vehicles (rated larger than Class III, as defined by the United States Department of Transportation, Federal Highway Administration standards, as amended) shall be openly parked overnight or stored on any street, driveway, lawn or outside storage area. No vehicle of any size that is not road worthy, currently registered, licensed and operable shall be openly parked or stored on any street, driveway, lawn, or outside storage areas. This restriction allows occasional visits by resident owned trailers. This restriction does not apply to passenger cars, pickups conforming to the size restriction, or SUV's and vans with a company name or logo displayed on the vehicle.
Question – Can I put a storage shed in my backyard?
Answer - No Structure of a temporary character, trailer, camper, basement, slab, tent, shack garage, barn or another outbuilding shall be used on any Lot at any time as a residence, storage, or any other purpose, either temporarily or permanently. Temporary Buildings or Structures used during construction of a dwelling shall be on the same Lot as the dwelling and such Buildings and Structures shall be removed upon completion of construction.
Question - Can I place Real Estate for sale signs at the entrances?
The only real estate signs allowed at either entrance area are small signs low to the ground. About a 5" X 12" sign at ground level. Larger signs are distractions for drivers and block the view of oncoming vehicles. Also, our objective is to maintain a clean look for Pebble Creek North to potential buyers and residents.
